We exclusively use 100% full-grain leather, the highest grade available. It is selected for its durability and its ability to develop a beautiful patina over time.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or embossed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my Leatherman products?
We recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or water to maintain the leather's integrity.
Do you offer a warranty on your leather goods?
Yes, all our products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This excludes normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
